1. Fifteen (15) year structural guarantee;
The 15 years structural warranty* proves that we are so confident in our product that we will offer you 8.5 years more than most builders. Our 15 year structural warranty will not only put your mind at rest, but can help with re-sale and increase your property price.
2. Quality Control:
A major advantage we have over other builders is having our own carpenters working on your home. This means we are able to complete a more thorough checklist, closely monitor other trades as the project progresses, and have our construction manager approve the completion of the eight stages of construction. A construction manager oversees and approves the quality at each stage while your home is being built. This results in a superior finish and a home of which you are proud.
Included in our Quality Control component is, upon final inspection, your ability to select any Queensland registered building inspection company (paid for by Escape Homes), and should they find any defects, we will be rectify these within one week of their inspection*.
3. Guaranteed Finish Date:
We aim to deliver on-time, every time; once both parties are happy with the practical completion date stated in the contract, we will deliver your home on time or pay you a penalty of $200 per week towards your rent.
